Definition of Enthusiasm

What does the word mean to you?

To me, it means excitement, drive, passion, dreams, and goals….

Imagine a candle or a beautiful fire crackling in the fireplace. In order for the candle or fire to continue to burn; they need fuel of some sort, whether wax, dry wood, newspaper…

Enthusiasm is the fuel for yourself and what is needed to keep that flame alight within and so helping the flow of creativity.

We each must take care of our own personal flame. We decide the time to focus, the quantity to provide, how to nourish it. If we do not…. downward spiral.

Well said, Vikki! Something to consider and savor. — Lively. Absorbing. Intense.

“I’m more interested in arousing enthusiasm in kids than in teaching the facts. The facts may change, but that enthusiasm for exploring the world will remain with them the rest of their lives.”
