Day 29: A Good Day…

Today, was a good day. I slept well last night and only woke up twice in a 7 hour span-huge improvement for me! I hope this means I am well on my way to full recovery.

I went out this morning to Pharmaprix and Metro per the instructions of my physiotherapist; expose yourself to light, noise, and crowds a bit at a time…Check!

Luckily, a cloudy day out so no shades needed and it was above zero so the snow did not stick! Awesome!

Winter is pretty from inside the house when you do not need to go anywhere…I like it for the first month and then I am done. Used to love it as a kid and my own kids love winter. Now, one month-December and come January I am waiting patiently for Spring!   🙂

So, today was a productive day. I updated my website and figured out how to condense my menu and add SEO to it-with the help of WordPress, but still I did the work.

I created my Facebook page for my business today as well and my new business cards arrived yesterday! Very exciting…

Since I was up at 4 am, by 2:30 I was ready for a nap and I did just that for an hour… post concussion- one tires easily. Headaches are reducing. I can take light a bit brighter, but still very limited without sunglasses. Outside, unless really cloudy I have to wear shades. Inside, still limited lighting.

I also finalized the manuscript for my soon-to-be- released book on Amazon this month! That is the most exciting of all!!!!

I applied for my Canadian ISBN #’s yesterday and await them; could be 10 business days before I have that information, BUT I cannot post or upload my book to until I have them.

Still the PDF version is done!!!! I am seeking book reviews so if interested contact me. I have one already from my editor and I would love to have a few more.

Contact me if interested in writing one…
