Sleep still all over the place. I crashed at 9:30 and woke at 11, back to sleep from midnight-1 and up at 2 or 2:30 and then back to sleep until 5 am.
I awoke with a headache and nausea somewhere in the middle of the night.
Creativity is flowing though and it is the best time for me to jot down notes and write while everyone else in my house sleeps…
Shoulder no change and often I awaken in pain.
My 😺 stays close by my side and often is sleeping next to me and if not is in the living room with me.
Still ambient light setting on screens and gentle lighting throughout the house. No TV and I have not watched in over 3 weeks now…I honestly do not miss it. What I miss is the mother-daughter time spent watching Gilmore Girls and Heartland with my youngest….we talk and just spend time together in the same room now.
The image used for this post are the beautiful stairs I tripped UP on, October 12th. (Note the sarcasm)😊
My concentration and memory are still not what they used to be and I get irritated easily. What is important is I note all this within myself.
Recovery is soooooo slow though and everyone tells me it will take time to heal, I get it, but I also have so much to do to improve my website, to get my next book out later this month, to continue writing and editing book 2 in the Journey’s End series…. I can only write and edit in spurts. Even reading a book which I used to be able to do for hours; I can read maybe 15-30 minutes.
